C-1540RS: Crush, screen & recirculate—on one track.
The Finlay® C-1540RS tracked cone crusher delivers the versatility of a full crushing-and-screening plant on one machine. It pairs a proven Terex® 1000 mm (40") cone with hydraulic CSS and variable speed, plus hydraulic tramp relief for fast, safe recovery. A quick-detach 12' × 5' double-deck sizing screen.
A 5 m³ hopper with pre-screen, 1.4 m fines conveyor, and 500 mm recirc conveyor keep material moving, while compact transport dims (H 3.5 × W 3.1 × L 18.76 m) and an operating weight around 51.1 t make it easy to move. T-Link telematics is fitted as standard with a 7-year data subscription.
