FINLAY J-1170+ AS JAW CRUSHER

J-1170+ AS: Crush & screen on one track

The Finlay® J-1170+ AS tracked jaw crusher combines primary crushing and onboard sizing in a single platform for quarrying, mining, demolition, and recycling. It pairs a hydrostatically driven 1100×700mm (44" × 28") single-toggle jaw with quick hydraulic CSS adjustment and reverse for safe unblocking, plus a detachable after-screen to deliver a sized product in one pass.

A heavy-duty variable-speed VGF with integrated pre-screen keeps the chamber choke-fed for steady output, while the after-screen can be removed quickly to run as a standard unit. Compact to transport, fast to set up, and simple to operate, the J-1170AS gives contractors the flexibility of a crusher.
