FINLAY 595 HEAVY DUTY GRID SCREENER
Twin-deck grid—compact, tough, mobile.
The Finlay® 595 Hydratrak is a self-contained, high-capacity mobile scalper built for waste, quarry, demolition & recycle. A heavy-duty twin-deck vibrating grid with T-Bar cassette top deck & mesh bottom deck delivers aggressive scalping and accurate sizing, with hydraulic grid raise for quick setup/tear-down.
The grid offers a 4,414mm feed opening with wing plates, 2–25° hydraulic angle, and 2,616mm grid length; oversize discharges via a 1,200mm conveyor to 3.4m for a stockpile of ~83m³. Compact to move and simple to operate, the 595 includes T-Link telematics with a 7-year data plan.
