FINLAY 863 HEAVY DUTY SCREENER
863: Compact 9'×4' scalper—built for tight sites.
The Finlay® 863 is a compact, aggressive forward-facing scalper for primary/secondary screening across aggregates, sand & gravel, topsoil, C&D and recycling—especially where space is at a premium. Its two “true” 2.76 × 1.22m (9' × 4') decks run at a 14–18° hydraulic angle, and the discharge end jack-ups.
A 5m³ hopper with hydraulic folding extensions feeds the screen via variable-speed belt; wide conveyors include a 1m oversize, 650mm mid, and 650mm fines with discharge heights to 3.85m. Transport-friendly at 9.6 × 2.55 × 3.1m and ~18.3t, the 863 sets up quickly.
